Boutique recruitment · Lyon & international

Hiring is ameeting ofvisions.

Ganea is a boutique recruitment atelier based in Lyon, placing bilingual finance, legal, HR and administrative talent across France — and guiding international companies as they build their French teams.

Founded by Justine Cuny — twelve years of French recruitment, one promise: no placement without alignment.

01Philosophy
"A ship is safest in the harbour — but that is not what ships are built for."

I studied international commerce and tourism because I wanted to see the world. Recruitment was the unexpected detour that gave me exactly that: a daily correspondence with stories, cultures and ambitions from everywhere.

Ganea exists because great hires are never only about skills. They are about two visions recognising each other — a candidate and a company agreeing to travel in the same direction, for the right reasons.

Four bearings

Liberté

N

Work is a choice, never a cage. I help people choose with lucidity.

Confiance

E

Transparent on both sides of the table. No blind CVs, no hidden briefs.

Engagement

S

Rigorous shortlists, honest feedback, real accountability through trial period.

Audace

W

The right hire is often the one nobody dared to suggest. I dare.

02For international employers

Building a team in France? Start with someone who speaks your language — and ours.

Hiring in France is not just a translation problem. It is a cultural, legal and administrative choreography: CDI vs CDD, URSSAF, convention collective, 35-hour weeks, probation rules, and the quiet rituals of a French first interview. I guide foreign founders, HR leaders and European holding companies through all of it — in fluent English, with a French address and French contracts.

  • Bilingual finance, accounting, legal, HR and back-office profiles
  • First French hire, country manager, regional finance lead
  • Relocation, immigration and onboarding coordinated with partners
  • Weekly written updates in English — no black-box sourcing

03For French employers

Multilingual profiles, placed with care.

Nearly half of the roles I place require English, Italian, German or Spanish. Whether you are a Lyon-based ETI scaling internationally or a family-owned group opening a European desk, I source the bilingual profile your job board will never surface.

04For candidates

You are not a CV. You are a direction.

I work with finance, legal, HR and administrative professionals who are deliberate about where they spend the next chapter of their career. Expect a long first call, candid feedback, preparation for every interview, and a follow-up long after you have signed.

05Expertise

Four domains. Deep networks.

01

Finance & Accounting

Collaborateurs comptables, credit controllers, treasurers, FP&A, finance managers — often bilingual.

02

Legal

Corporate, commercial and compliance profiles for in-house teams and growing groups.

03

HR & Payroll

Payroll officers, HR business partners and HR managers — including first HR hires for scaling teams.

04

Customer Relations & ADV

Order management, collections, and bilingual customer relationship roles.

06Process

How we travel together.

  1. 01

    The brief

A proper conversation — not a job description. We map the role, the soft skills, the team culture, and the one question that would disqualify a candidate.

  2. 02

    Targeted sourcing

A curated search across specialised CV databases, my network, and direct approaches. Nothing is posted publicly unless you want it to be.

  3. 03

    Depth interviews

Every candidate is met in depth. I test language skills live, probe motivations, and verify references before anyone reaches you.

  4. 04

    The shortlist

Two or three profiles, each with a written portrait: story, motivation, strengths, reservations. No filler.

  5. 05

    Interview choreography

I brief, debrief, prepare both sides, and keep the tempo right through to the offer.

  6. 06

    Integration & guarantee

I stay present through the probation period — and replace, without debate, if the match is wrong.
